Sundiro Holdings Co., Ltd. was founded in 1988 and is a diversified group mainly engaged in manufacturing and energy industries, involving transportation industries such as sea, land, and air. The company was listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange in 1994, and in 2001, Sundiro Motorcycle and Honda Motor Japan jointly established Sundiro Honda Motorcycle Co., Ltd.

In 1997, Sundiro began researching and developing electric vehicles, becoming the first enterprise in the motorcycle industry to venture into electric vehicles; Sundiro Electric Vehicle Co., Ltd. was established in Shanghai in 2003 and is a subsidiary of Sundiro Holdings, the main shareholder of Sundiro Honda Motorcycle Co., Ltd. In June 2011, Tianjin Sundiro Electric Vehicle Co., Ltd. was established; In March 2014, Wuxi Sundiro Electric Vehicle Co., Ltd. was established; In January 2021, Wuxi Intelligent Factory was put into operation, covering an area of 80000 square meters with 7 intelligent assembly lines; In 2020, the Sundiro Electric Vehicle Shanghai R&D Center was established; In June 2021, Guangdong Sundiro Electric Vehicle Co., Ltd. was established.

At present, the company has over 1200 well-trained employees and can produce 5 million electric scooters, electric bicycles, and electric tricycles annually. It has a research and development center in Shanghai, as well as three major production bases in Wuxi, Tianjin, and Guangdong. With 6000 stores throughout the whole country, it provides high-quality products and services to consumers nationwide.
